Service is month-to-month with no minimum term. Cancel anytime by email to the address below; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period, and no further charges are made. Your domain name remains your property. On request, we provide an export of your site content within 14 days of cancellation.
The current billing month is refundable in full within the first 7 days of that billing period if we have not yet delivered that month's service work. After service work has been delivered in a billing period, that period's fee is non-refundable, but you may still cancel future billing at any time. Duplicate or erroneous charges are refunded in full.
We collect only the information needed to deliver the service: your contact details, business information, and website analytics for your own site. We do not sell or share your data with third parties except payment processing (Stripe) and website hosting infrastructure. Contact us at the address below to request a copy or deletion of your data.
